Journal Scope

 Journal of Health and Allied Sciences (JHAS) is a multi-disciplinary, double-blinded peer-reviewed, Open Access journal. It is affiliated with Nitte University located in Mangalore, India. Nitte is a privately-run university hosting several scientific departments. The journal focuses on publishing ethically cleared original research articles from different specialties related to the advancement of knowledge in health sciences. The journal encourages authors to submit original investigations both from basic and clinical sciences, narrative and systematic reviews, short communications, and case reports. All content is freely available without charge to the user or institution. 

Review articles from authors, who are experts in the field and presenting critical review of the area, identifying current gaps and need for further research as well as case reports on rare conditions that would be of particular interest to healthcare professionals are also published.

The Journal of Health and Allied Sciences' coverage includes research studies in health sciences in following disciplines:
